Architect Engineer

Topographical Survey
The precise maps prepared by us will be the basis for your project. The maps are prepared in the popular AutoCAD program used by most architects and engineers.

The as-built drawing we provide is also very helpful when handing over the project to the client or local county councils.

Measured Building Surveys
We will prepare drawings containing information about the building, such as the area of rooms, the location of walls, windows, doors and services in the building, the elevation and cross-section through the building and more.

Setting Out or Pegging of Buildings
We usually visit the construction site twice: first to determine the location of the foundations, then to determine the position of the corners of the house on existing foundations.
If needed, we will help you to set control points for future setting out processes.
